  • Gateway integration errors: Incorrect API request sequence or invalid state transitions in the payment flow.

Troubleshooting and Solutions

Ask the customer to

  • Retry the transaction after a short interval.
  • Verify the payment method is active and correctly set up for processing.
  • If issue persists, ask the customers to add the payment method again before retrying.
  • Contact the payment gateway support team if the issue persists across multiple attempts.
