Incorrect card information: The card number entered does not correspond to a valid BIN recognized by the payment network.
Inform the customer that their card's Bank Identification Number (BIN) is no longer valid.
Ask the customer to:
Contact their card issuer to confirm the validity of their card.
Request a replacement card if necessary.
Update their payment information with a valid card number.
Retry the transaction only after the customer updates their payment method with a new, valid card.
